Why, Hello Again!
Good News!! Every Tuesday evening a group of food trucks pull into town and guess what…I don’t have to cook now on Tuesday nights!!
When we arrived, I instantly wanted to take a group picture. This is what Sam looks like when I keep asking him to join us! I think I caught him saying, “Stooooooop. Noooooo.”
Jason didn’t hesitate in helping me document the eating!
This night we loved some Roadside Tacos. Yummy!! I had the loaded nachos, Jason had loaded tacos and Sam had a huge steak burrito.
The previous weekend we treated Jack to food truck eating at Pizza Fest!
Jack enjoyed a loaded steak taco. The lines were CRAZY long at the pizza trucks. I mean 30-40 minute wait for a slice. No thank you!!
Due to the horrible long drink lines at Pizza Fest (even for a bottle of water), we got a couple of drinks in a new arcade. Jack bellied up, got a soda and watched some baseball A bit too comfortable. (wink wink)
The weather has been so nice and cool (almost too chilly some night.) It makes it possible to go out and about and enjoy yourself without the heavy humidity and sweating the entire time.
Though, even on hot humid night I would still go to a food truck instead of cooking dinner!
